Groundwork is running fortnightly fun health walks on the breathtaking Dunstable Downs. The walks take place on the first and third Wednesday of each month.
The first follows a fairly flat, surfaced route along the top of the site making it suitable for all abilities plus pushchairs and wheelchairs taking approximately 45 minutes.
The second walk makes use of the Rights of Way network at Dunstable Downs, offering a more challenging route and an opportunity for walkers to explore more of the site taking about one hour to complete. All walks leave the Dunstable Downs Gateway Centre at 10.30am and are free to join. They are open to anyone and offer a great opportunity to enjoy the fresh air, get some exercise and meet new people, whilst exploring the beautiful Bedfordshire countryside.
